Linxi is a personal SMS messaging platform used to send text messages to contacts who have agreed to receive them.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the sender's activity and the messages being sent.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges may be applied by your mobile carrier depending on your plan.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at josh@vemi.tech.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive no further messages unless you reply START to resubscribe.
Spam Policy & Financial Penalties
Linxi maintains a strict zero-tolerance spam policy. By using this platform you agree to the following:
- You may only send messages to contacts who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from you.
- Each confirmed spam complaint will result in an automatic $20.00 penalty charge to your payment method on file.
- Three or more unpaid penalties will result in immediate account suspension.
- Your Sender Score may affect your ability to use certain features of the platform.
- Linxi reserves the right to suspend any account for spam activity without notice.
- Spam penalties are non-refundable except in cases of verified false reports, subject to review.
These policies exist to protect all users of the Linxi platform and maintain the deliverability and reputation of the service.
Your Sender Score can also go up. Some of the ways it's earned:
- Business account verified: +10 points
- Domain verified: +5 points
- Email verified: +5 points
- Emergency address registered: +5 points
- A2P 10DLC registration approved: +5 points
- Clean campaigns with no spam complaints or high bounce/stop rates: +1 point each
